Persyaratan:

    1. 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure/system administration.
    2. Strong hands-on experience with Linux (preferably Ubuntu/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
    3. Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and basic LDAP configurations.
    4. Proficiency in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) and API integration (JSON format).
    5. Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and tools (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, traceroute, netstat, etc.).
    6. Understanding of cybersecurity principles and ability to apply hardening measures.
    7. Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking.
    8. Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and basic working English..
    9. Experience with virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper-V).
    10. Familiarity with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, Prometheus).
    11. Exposure to configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).
    12. Experience with firewall platforms (MikroTik, pfSense, Fortinet, etc.).
    13. Knowledge of DevOps tools is a plus (CI/CD, Git, containerization)

    Job Descriptions :

    1. Manage and maintain Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/Debian) and Windows Server environments.
    2. Perform regular patching, backups, performance tuning, and security hardening.
    3. Monitor and ensure system availability, uptime, and incident response readiness.
    4. Implement and maintain firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and patch management systems.
    5. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues (server, services, DNS, DHCP, etc.) across physical and virtual environments.
    6. Develop scripts in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation and system health checks.
    7. Consume and create RESTful APIs with JSON for system integration (e.g., monitoring, deployment, user provisioning).
    8. Maintain system documentation, change logs, and technical procedures.
    9. Support compliance with data security policies (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR readiness)
