Persyaratan:

  1. Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Banking.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  3. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
  5. Strong attention to detail.
  6. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Service Executives are responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by assisting customers with their banking needs, including account opening, account maintenance, customer inquiries, service requests, and providing information on banking products and services. They are also expected to identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions while ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
