Persyaratan:

  1. Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting from reputable university
  2. 2-3 years of working experience in payroll (either in-house / outsource) or consulting experience in a consulting firm
  3. Excellent understanding of labour and personal income tax in Indonesia, as well as BPJS.
  4. Outstanding comprehension on the utilization of Ms Office products especially Excel and payroll operating systems
  5. Able to work in a diversified cultural environment
  6. Has excellent organizational and time management skills
  7. Ability to liaise well with others and deal with confidential materials
  8. Ability to pay attention to details

Job Descriptions :

  1. Provide payroll and outsourcing services for clients: prepare payroll calculation and other payroll-related tasks, including personal income tax, compulsory insurance, labour, BPJS, etc. including but not limited Personal Income Tax of expatriates.
  2. Ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of payroll services to clients
  3. Developing and maintaining distinct relationships with clients and government authorities (BPJS, tax office)
  4. Doing researches and analysis on payroll and related issues, providing recommendations/opinions to managers
  5. To perform payroll advisory work for clients and conduct payroll simulations as required
  6. Provide reports to Payroll Manager
