Persyaratan:

1. University Degree from a reputable university in Accounting with min GPA of 3.0
2. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in consulting firm is a must
3. Excellent understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and regulation
4. Knowledge in MS Windows applications and financial reporting system
5. Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
6. Able to work in a diversified cultural environment
7. Has excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Descriptions :

1. Prepare client’s financial statements, group consolidation and financial reporting, coordination in audit process and filing of profits tax returns, support budget and forecast activities when required
2. Coaching and supervising the work of the Assistant/s
3. Review and analyse monthly management accounts and supporting schedules
4. Prepare financial statements in accordance with standard
5. Manage payment processing and fraud prevention functions. Ensure accurate bank information
6. Meet project deadline and ensure high accuracy
7. Supervise Associates’ work and performance. Provide training and guidance to them
8. Handle special and ad hoc projects and support managers when required
9. Act as a key point of contact in client relationships to enhance client experience
10. Liaise with clients’ auditors and tax colleague to ensure a smooth exchange of information
