Persyaratan:

1. Minimum education Degree in Business administration or relevant.
2. At least 3-5 years as Purchaser role in general industry and ideally from Manufacturing Industry.
3. Fluent communicate in Mandarin and English in a professional level.
4. Able to drive a car and have a driving license.
5. Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills.
6. Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations.

Job Descriptions :

1. Evaluate bids for materials, equipment and supplies and select vendors for goods and services.
2. Purchase materials and equipment, develop vendor agreements, and establish relationships.
3. Manage inventory, pricing, and process changes.
4. Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules.
5. Develop and maintain a database of suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
6. Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
7. Conduct research for new components and suppliers.
8. Monitor supplier performance negotiate supplier contracts.
9. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
10. Ensuring that all legal requirements are met, including permits and licenses.
11. Provide purchasing support through internal and external communication.
