Persyaratan:

  1. Male, maximum 35 years old 
  2. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering 
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) 
  4. Knowledgeable in construction methods, site practices, and 
  5. civil/structural construction principles 
  6. Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and project 
  7. specifications 
  8. Familiar with quality control, site inspections, construction materials, 
  9. and testing procedures 
  10. Knowledgeable in construction safety requirements and project 
  11. scheduling 
  12. Able to perform site inspections, supervise construction works, 
  13. monitor progress, and identify defects 
  14. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and site documentation tools 
  15. Good problem-solving, decision-making, and coordination skills 
  16. Willing to be placed in Batam, Indonesia"

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Represent the Consultant/Client on site and monitor the execution of construction works. 
  2. Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable standards. 
  3. Monitor the quality, workmanship, and progress of construction works. 
  4. Verify that materials delivered to site comply with approved specifications and submittals. 
  5. Witness and monitor testing, inspection, and commissioning activities as required. 
  6. Identify defective or non-conforming works and issue instructions/recommendations for rectification. 
  7. Coordinate with the Contractor, Consultant, and other project stakeholders regarding technical and site matters. 
  8. Monitor site safety requirements and report unsafe conditions to the relevant parties. 
  9. Maintain daily site records, inspection reports, progress reports, and photographic documentation. 
  10. Monitor construction progress against the approved project schedule and highlight potential delays. 
  11. Attend site meetings and provide technical updates and recommendations. 
  12. Ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and project requirements.
