Persyaratan:

1. Male, maximum 35 years old 
2. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering 
3. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) 
4. Knowledgeable in construction methods and materials, technical 
5. drawings, and project specifications 
6. Proficient in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and 
7. project budget control 
8. Familiar with contract administration, tender evaluation, variation 
9. orders, and progress claims 
10. Able to perform quantity take-offs, measure work quantities, and 
11. conduct cost analysis 
12. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant Quantity Surveying 
13. software 
14. Good communication and negotiation skills 
15. Willing to be placed in Batam, Indonesia"

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates based on approved drawings and specifications. 
2. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for the project. 
3. Review contractor quotations, tender submissions, and variation proposals. 
4. Monitor and evaluate progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts. 
5. Measure and verify quantities of completed works on site. 
6. Monitor project costs against the approved budget and provide cost reports to the Project Management Team. 
7. Assess and manage variation orders, additional works, and omissions. 
8. Review contractual and commercial matters related to project costs. 
9. Maintain proper records of quantities, costs, variations, and payment documentation. 
10. Provide commercial advice to support cost control and effective project delivery."
