Persyaratan:

  1. Minimum SMA & SMK Graduate
  2. Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is an advantage
  3. Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing)
  4. Skilled in using Ms. Office programs, especially Excel.
  5. Detail oriented with good analytical skills
  6. Self-Disciplined and can work under pressure
  7. Able to work independently and in a team

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Source and Purchase materials and electronic components for production and R&D purposes.
  2. Negotiate with suppliers on price, lead time, MOQ, delivery terms, etc.
  3. Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to supplier and follow up on the delivery. 
  4. Coordinate with supply chain team to ensure material stock levels are maintained to ensure smooth production
  5. Maintain purchasing records and follow up on outstanding deliveries
  6. Assist in generating monthly stock report and variance checking
  7. Assist with related tasks or projects assigned by the management.
