Persyaratan:

  1. Min Diploma Degree or related field
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in a purchasing or procurement role, ideally in the garment industry is preferred
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Skills required: Fluent in spoken Mandarin is required and fluent in English will be plus point to effectively engage with suppliers
  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Job Descriptions :

  1. UPDATE DAILY TRACKING FOR SHIPMENT CHINA - SINGAPORE AND CHINA - BATAM
  2. UPDATE GOOGLE SHEET ON CHINA PURCHASING
  3. DOUBLE CHECK PAYMENT PAID BY SUHUN (CHINA)
  4. CHECK QUANTITY FABRIC FOR EACH PROJECT
  5. PURCHASE THE NECESSARY GOODS FOR EACH PROJECT
  6. CHECK THE STOCK TO THE SUPPLIER BEFORE BUYING / SHOWING TO THE CLIENT
  7. SOURCING GOODS (FABRICS, ACCESSORIES ETC.) REQUESTED BY SALES
  8. PURCHASE ITEMS REQUESTED FROM THE STORE
  9. ARRANGE DELIVERY OF GOODS FROM SUPPLIERS TO FORWADERS (FOLLOW UP)
  10. SET UP DELIVERY LIST IN FORWADER
  11. FOLLOW UP PLUSH TOY / MASCOT MADE IN CHINA SUPPLIER
