Persyaratan:

    1. Minimum education degree in administrative, management, accounting, or equivalent.
    2. At least 1-2 years as purchasing admin in general industry and ideally from manufacturing industry.
    3. Familiar with using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
    4. Fluent communicate in Mandarin and English.
    5. Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills.

    Job Descriptions :

    1. Record and update all purchasing activities, invoices, and related documents neatly.
    2. Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and on time.
    3. Ensure receipt of materials and equipment up to payment.
    4. Prepare purchasing reports and cost analysis periodically for management purposes.
    5. Analyze raw material price trends and evaluate supplier performance.
    6. Conduct price benchmarking to get the best deals.
    7. Ensure completeness of purchasing documents and support the audit process.
