Persyaratan:

1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience as Project Planner in a shipyard.
3. Demonstrates excellent integrity and communication skills.
4. Planner with good knowledge in marine industry or shipyard work activities.
5. Proficiently planning/scheduling, design drawings, and manage projects.
6. Specialist software (Primavera P6 basic & advanced, Microsoft Project).
7. Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills are required for the post.
8. Fluent in English.

Job Descriptions :

1. Prepare project schedule, equipment list, progress tracking/monitoring and continuously update the  information.
2. Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
3. Monitoring project timelines and deadlines.
4. Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner.
5. Help the Project Manager to coordinate tasks and track the completion of scheduled duties to prevent delays.
6. Control of contractors and project team schedules producing project progress reports.
7. Check physical progress against plans, support for the estimate to complete.
8. Preparation of project according to cost estimates and planning.
9. Liaising with client representative and classification authority as well as investigating NCR and customer  complaints.
