Persyaratan:

1. Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production or manufacturing role
3. Strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing equipment and quality control
4. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects
7. Commitment to continuous improvement and a strong attention to detail

Job Descriptions :

1. Coordinate and oversee the production of moulds, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time
2. Liaise with cross-functional teams to optimise production planning and scheduling
3. Provide technical support and expertise to the production team, identifying areas for improvement
4. Maintain detailed records of production activities and provide regular progress reports
5. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment
6. Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to minimise downtime
7. Continuously seek ways to enhance productivity, efficiency and cost-effectiveness
