Persyaratan:

1. Diploma or degree holder in supply chain management or any related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production control or planning role in manufacturing industry.
3. Fluent communicate in Mandarin and English in a professional level.
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and resolve production related issues.
5. Good at learning and quick in thinking & be serious and responsible for work.
6. Be able to work as part of a team and as well as communicate well with other departments.

Job Descriptions :

1. Align production schedules with machine and labor availability
2. Develop and maintain production schedules to optimise workflow and resource utilisation
3. Establish production priorities for urgent or high-value orders
4. Monitor production progress and identify any potential bottlenecks or issues
5. Communicate with production teams, suppliers and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve any problems
6. Analyse production data and generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making
7. Collaborate with the planning team to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels
8. Implement and maintain production control systems and processes to improve efficiency
9. Prepare Weekly and Monthly Material Requirements Planning (MRP) file.
10. Update BOM which is downloaded from System into Material Requirements Planning (MRP) file.
