Persyaratan:

        1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
        2. Proficient in Mandarin (Speaking and Written).
        3. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
        4. Familiar with Indonesian payroll systems, social security (BPJS), health insurance, and personal income tax regulations.
        5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
        6. Strong sense of principles, meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly sensitive to data.
        7. Strong awareness of confidentiality and data protection.

        Job Desriptions :

        Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and knowledge of payroll systems and labor regulations.
