            1. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
            2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
            3. Exellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
            4. Able 10 work independently and as part of a team

            Job Descriptions :

            1. Manages Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across estate facilities.
            2. Ensures proper installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of MEP infrastructure to support seamless estate operations. Works closely with contractors and consultants on technical matters.
