Persyaratan:

1. "Proven experience in customer service, order processing or a similar client-facing administrative role
2.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin)
3.  Preferred Women
4.  Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and order management systems
5.  Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
6.  Attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and documentation
7.  Professional demeanour with a customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
8.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
9.  Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with patience and diplomacy
10.  Familiarity with logistics, inventory management or packaging industry practices is highly desirable"

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. "Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency
2.  Processing and logging customer orders accurately into the system, ensuring all details are captured correctly
3.  Tracking and monitoring orders throughout the production and delivery cycle, providing regular status updates to customers
4.  Following up on outstanding orders to ensure timely completion and delivery
5.  Resolving customer concerns and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner, escalating complex issues where necessary
6.  Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, orders and resolutions
7.  Coordinating with production, logistics and other internal departments to facilitate smooth order fulfilment
8.  Preparing order confirmations, invoices and other documentation as required
9.  Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction"
