Persyaratan:

        1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Master's preferred).
        2. Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience in IT, telecom, or data center environments.
        3. Proven track record in lead generation, digital campaigns, and marketing automation.
        4. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and analytics tools.
        5. Strong understanding of Indonesia's ICT industry landscape.
        6. Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
        7. Experience working with multiple business units or brands.
        8. Understanding of technical products like colocation, cloud, fiber, and IP transit.
        9. Creative with strong execution and attention to detail.
        10. Able to work independently and manage cross-functional collaboration.

        Job Descriptions :

        1. Develop Group-Level Marketing Strategy: Design and execute a unified marketing strategy across all business units under the group.
        2. Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across web, print, social media, and events.
        3. Lead Generation & Demand Marketing: Create campaigns to support B2B sales teams and drive qualified enterprise and SME leads.
        4. Digital Marketing Execution: Manage SEO, SEM, social media, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and Google Analytics campaigns.
        5. Content Development: Oversee creation of marketing content including brochures, datasheets, case studies, blogs, and videos.
        6. Product Marketing: Support launches of new ISP packages or data center services with go-to-market plans.
        7. Event & PR Coordination: Organize trade events, sponsorships, press releases, and thought leadership opportunities.
        8. Team Leadership: Lead and grow a small in-house marketing team and coordinate with external agencies.
        9. Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs, ROI, and reporting dashboards; make data-driven decisions.
