Persyaratan:

1. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in ISP or IP backbone operations.
2. Deep understanding of BGP, IPv4/IPv6, AS-path manipulation, communities, and route filtering.
3. Hands-on experience with routers from MikroTik, Cisco, Juniper, or Nokia.
4. Strong analytical skills in traffic optimization and routing troubleshooting.
5. Familiarity with IRR databases (RADB, APNIC) and RPKI validation.
6. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (written and spoken).
7. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field.
8. Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 carriers.
9. Familiarity with SDN-based routing and automation (e.g., Ansible, Netbox).
10. Participation in NOGs or community networks (e.g., IDNOG, APRICOT).

Job Descriptions :

1. Peering Strategy & Management: Develop and implement domestic and international BGP peering strategies to optimize routing, reduce latency, and minimize costs.
2. IX & Transit Negotiation: Manage relationships with IXPs (e.g., OpenIXP, IIX, JKT-IX), upstream providers, and other ISPs for peering and transit negotiations.
3. BGP Configuration & Policy: Design, implement, and maintain BGP sessions, route filtering, prefix limits, route-maps, and communities using MikroTik, Cisco, or Juniper routers.
4. Traffic Engineering: Monitor and analyze traffic patterns to ensure balanced load across peers and transit links, applying techniques like AS-path prepending or MED.
5. Routing Optimization & Security: Implement IRR/RPKI validation, maximum prefix filtering, and route dampening to maintain routing hygiene and mitigate hijacks or leaks.
6. Monitoring & Reporting: Use tools like Looking Glass, Grafana, or NetFlow/sFlow to monitor peering sessions and report on performance and traffic metrics.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with NOC, backbone engineering, and data center teams to ensure alignment on). IP addressing and routing architecture.
8. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date documentation on peering sessions, ASN relationships, and BGP policy. Ensure compliance with APNIC and local telecom regulations.
