Persyaratan:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
3. In-depth knowledge of data center environments, networking, virtualization, and system 
4. administration (Linux & Windows).
5. Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and regulatory standards.
6. Solid experience managing IT budgets, procurement, and vendors.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
8. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English.
9. Experience in ISP or telecom environments.
10. Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, or local ICT compliance frameworks.
11. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or ITIL Foundation.
12. Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Ansible), monitoring (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus), and ticketing systems (e.g., OTRS, Freshservice)

Job Descriptions :

1. Strategic Planning & IT Governance: Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with group-wide business bjectives and ensure IT compliance, budgeting, and procurement.
2. Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of server, storage, network, and data center infrastructure (on-prem and cloud).
3. System Administration Oversight: Supervise Linux and Windows system administration, including backups, patching, and disaster recovery planning.
4. Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Enforce IT security policies, perform risk assessments, implement firewalls, IDS/IPS, and coordinate incident response.
5. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of system administrators, network engineers, and helpdesk staff. Define roles, monitor KPIs, and support training.
6. Vendor & Project Management: Manage IT projects, third-party vendors, and integration partners. Ensure timely delivery of infrastructure upgrades or software deployments.
7. Cross-Departmental Support: Work closely with NOC, operations, and commercial teams to align  infrastructure capabilities with business and client needs.
8. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain technical documentation, IT inventory, software licenses, and provide regular reports to upper management.
