Persyaratan:

  1. Holds a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of labor regulations and payroll systems.
  4. Skilled in handling BPJS (Edabu, SIPP), Article 21 Tax, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Job Descriptions :

  1. Coordinate with the Person in Charge (PIC) to ensure all supporting documents for payroll processing are complete.
  2. Prepare reports for new hires and employee resignations, including contracts and compensation details.
  3. Compile and manage reports related to promotions, salary adjustments, contract renewals, and extensions.
  4. Handle the preparation and processing of memos and payments outside of regular payroll (e.g., freelance payments).
  5. Accurately input and process payroll data.
