      1. SMA/SMK or more, prefer more than D3
      2. Min. 1 year experience regarding HRGA or Administration
      3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      4. Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and procedures
      5. Excellent Excel formula skills
      6. Basic English skill
