        1. Must be available for the 45 hours working hour per week
        2. Majoring in Accounting would be advantage;
        3. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia (English and Mandarin will be an advantage);
        4. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
        5. Proactive and career-oriented by nature
        6. A team player with high motivation; and 
        7. Strong analytical abilities
