Persyaratan:

          1. Male
          2. Bachelor in architecture with at least 1 year of experience in architectural design
          3. Have experiences using Revit and/or ArchiCAD in daily basis, and other architectural design software
          4. Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and completed projects with excellent conceptual thinking and problem solving, attention to detail and passion for design
          5. Able to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with good time management skills
          6. Proficient in English
          7. Willing to move to Batam

          Job Description :

          1. Excellent architectural design in various building with knowledge of current trend without  compromising the function based on the latest building standard.
          2. Prepare & present conceptual idea, detailed drawings, 3D models and render from client's briefs & information using architectural design software. Incorporating feedback from internal stakeholder and client throughout the process.
          3. Complete & compile architectural construction documentations.
          4. Collaborate with other team including site manager and engineers (structure and MEP) to produce high-quality results.
          5. Liase with clients.
          6. Other administrative work, whether they are directly or indirectly required to complete the work such as, follow-ups to receive further information from clients and review of queries.
