Persyaratan:

      1. Male/Female, around 20-30 years old
      2. S1 English Literature or related
      3. Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
      4. Proficient in English Written & Verbal
      5. Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
      6. Have experience in Excel database
      7. Familiar with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams)
      8. Responsible to all administrative work
      9. Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
      10. Hard worker and able to work in team or individually

      Job Descriptions :

      1. Email Management
      2. Preparing monthly reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
      3. Entering and updating data into systems, verifying accuracy of information, and maintaining records.
      4. Maintaining contact lists
      5. Booking Job
      6. Coordinating administration activities to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
