  1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in any major
  2. Minimum 1 year of administrative experience within a professional services firm preferred
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  4. Strong attention to detail
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills ability to communicate with all levels with professionalism
  6. Good vocabulary and command of English is a must

Job Descriptions :

  1. Assisting the engagement managers in all administrative matters and paperwork of Outsourcing team. This includes but not limited to mails redirections, updating of database etc.
  2. Preparing and supporting the Outsourcing invoicing process and distributions.
  3. Coordination of signatures, lodgment process, database updates, maintaining filing systems
  4. Updating, archiving and maintenance of accurate physical and electronic data within various software platforms.
  5. To work closely with the team to ensure all supporting and administrative paperwork or functions are all well maintained, updated, recorded and available.
  6. Handling any other coordination role as and when required.
  7. Assist in any ad-hoc enquiries or matters assigned by the engagement managers.
