Persyaratan:

        1. Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Management
        2. High school or vocational school graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
        3. Minimum 1 years of working experience.
        4. Proficient in MS office applications, especially excel applications.
        5. Fluent in English.
        6. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
        7. Knowledge of ERP system preferred.
        8. Able to work in fast and dynamic environment.
        9. Proactive, independent, take initiative and well organized.

        Job Descriptions :

        1. Matching invoices against supporting docs (PO/SO/DO) and process data entry into system.
        2. Ensure withholding taxes deducted from vendor invoices in accordance to prevailing regulations.
        3. Preparation of monthly account payable ageing report for payment plan process.
        4. Prepare SOA reconciliation.
        5. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
