Persyaratan:

  1. Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  2. 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR administration or office support
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  5. Good written and spoken English communication skills
  6. Positive, proactive, and tech-savvy

Key Responbilities :

  1. Maintain and update accurate employee records, HR databases, and filing systems
  2. Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews
  3. Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and HR reporting
  4. Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations
